Detailed Product Description
The product is manufatured according to the stardard of Gb12706 or IEC.BC.DIN and ICEA upon request.The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of XLPE insulated power cable is 90oC which is higher than that of PVC or PE insulated power cable . The cable has the advantage of simlicity in construction,lightness in weight ,convenience in application . It can also be laid with no limitation of level different along the rout. For laying indoors, in tunnels or cable trench ,well or underground ,able to bear moderate external mechanical forces and pulling forces.
XLPE insulated power cable
For XLPE insulation power cable .either chemical method or physical method is emplyed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network ,i.e. Thermo-plastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE .After cross-linking ,the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its exllent electrical property are still retained .
The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of XLPE insulated power cable is 90C which is higher than of PVC or PE insulated power cable .The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction ,lightness in weight ,convenience in application .It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.

2. Application: The product is suitable for using in power transmission and lines with rated frequency voltage 0.6/1kv.
3. Operating characteristics:
Rated power frequency voltage U0/U:0.6/1kv.
Max. permissible operating temperature of the conductor: 90C.
Max short-circuit temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250C
The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0C
The bending three of a single-core cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter.
The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.
